Order Module
The Microix
Requisition/Purchase Order Module is designed to
address the needs of a small business to large
scale Purchasing Department. Our system allows
each department to enter a requisition
electronically. As these are entered, the
available funds are displayed on-line. Once the
requisition has been approved through the
multi-level approval process, it is converted to
a purchase order and seamlessly transferred to
MIP as an un-posted encumbrance or A/P
transaction.
Budget Preparation
Module
The Microix Budget Workflow Module is
designed to address the needs of a demanding
budget process. Our system allows each
department to prepare a preliminary budget
on-line and submit it electronically for
approval. Preliminary budgets can be routed
between different individuals before final
approval. Upon final approval, Microix Budget
Module can create account code restrictions for
the Microix Purchase Order Module, which will
prevent creation of requisition without an
approval budget.
Electronic Timesheet
Module
Now there is an easy way to record
and approve timesheet information. Combined with
the powerful features of MIP's Payroll Module, Microix
Timesheet will assist in providing a more
efficient way of collecting and processing data
for MIP's Payroll Module.

Microix Integrator
Integration is becoming very

locations. The Microix Integrator addresses this

Microix SQL Backup
Now there is an easy way to schedule
unattended backups for your MIP Pro database.
The Microix Backup Utility provides an easy way
to ensure your MIP PRO databases are backed up
on a regular basis. Schedule the backup to run
once or multiple times on specific days.
Microix Monitor
This is an add-on module for the Microix
Requisition Module. It monitors and notify the
appropriate user concerning past due documents
waiting to be submitted, approved, and received.
